Terms
We require a deposit of 50% on all orders, with the balance payable before shipment or pick up. Accounts that are past due are subject to an interest charge of 2.0% per month. Custom graphics and logos can be affixed to tops and sidewalls. Cost and technical requirements are quoted per request. Custom sizes, colors, and configurations of tops, frames, and sidewalls are quoted on a per item basis. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom goods.

Limited Warranty
Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. warrants to the original owner that our products are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Should any defect be found, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-99-TENTS for a Return Authorization. Please do not return anything to Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. without a Return Authorization number. Items found to have a manufacturing type defect will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. at no cost to the customer. Labor and shipping charges are not covered. We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping, negative effects of climate, pollution, acts of God, misuse or incorrect installations, long or semi-permanent installations.

Order Cancellation/Change
Cancellation of custom goods will result in loss of deposit. Cancellation or change of stock item orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee if orders are packaged for shipment. Order changes may affect product availability and delivery. Changes to orders placed during sales promotions must be made during the promotion dates in order to participate in discounts, terms, and special conditions.

Returns
Contact Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. at 1-800-99-TENTS to explain the need to return your tent, and to receive a Return Authorization number. Products can not be returned without advance approval. Return Authorizations do not imply credit. Returns should be carefully packaged, and shipped prepaid with the Return Authorization number displayed on the shipping label. It must be received by Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. within 30 days of original ship date. Returned goods will be inspected to determine liability. Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returned items that are badly soiled, wet, abused, or deteriorating.

Shipping/Freight
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Stillwater, NY. Freight Estimates can be prepared upon request to the Customer Service Department. However, due to variances in fabric weights, pallet weights, and packaging alternatives, actual freight quotes will not be available. Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. will not be responsible for any charges that result from a freight estimate being different from an actual ship weight and cost. We make all efforts to ship via the most cost effective means, but cannot assume responsibility for freight costs and delivery time. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm receipt of order(s) complete and damage free. Incomplete orders or warranty situations should be directed to Fred's Customer Service at 1-800-99-TENTS. For your protection check all shipments against Bill-of-Lading or the packing slip before signing. If there is any shortage or damage, it must be noted on the shipping documents.

Safety
It is the responsibility of the installer to employ safe methods of installation. Installers must take into account staking surface, grade and must be aware of both overhead and underground obstruction. Good judgment with regard to wind and weather conditions should be used to determine times of installation and take down. Fred's Tents & Canopies, Inc. liability is limited to construction of the tent. If weather or any other exterior factors become threatening, a total evacuation of the tent is recommended.

Material
We carry different fabrics ranging from polyethylene to vinyl laminates. There are a variety of different densities, weights, and other specifications. If you have any questions or need technical information, call 1-800-99-TENTS.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to shipments within NYS, unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is provided.
